Meet The Doctor

Dr. Jeremy Turley

Dr. Turley is one of the Chiropractic Physicians at TRUE HEALTH. He is originally from the south side of Chicago where he spent most of his youth until he moved into the south suburban area to finish out his last two years of high school. During this time, Dr. Turley had aspirations of becoming an orthopedic surgeon and sought out this profession early on while attending the University of Illinois at Champaign/Urbana. However, these aspirations would change when he was introduced to Chiropractic during a presentation while sitting in a professional development class. Soon there after, Dr. Turley interned with Chiropractor and from that point on fell in love with this great profession.

During his undergraduate years, Dr. Turley spent time on the Dean's List and received many academic awards. Dr. Turley earned his bachelors degree in Kinesiology at the University of Illinois Champaign/ Urbana in 2003 and attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in the fall of 2003. During this period, Dr. Turley became proficient in many Chiropractic Techniques such as: Gonstead, Activator, Thompson, Cox Flexion/Distraction, Toggle-Recoil, and Diversified. He also was on the Dean's list during his career at Palmer. Dr. Turley served as Parliamentarian and Vice-President of the Student American Black Chiropractic Association. Dr. Turley graduated from Palmer in February 2007.

Dr. Turley has developed a great affinity for Chiropractic and loves to talk Chiropractic philosophy and technique with anyone who will listen and one day hopes to teach young fellow Chiropractors about the art and science. He also loves interacting with his patients and assisting them with making informed decisions about their health. It is his personal goal to create a community of wellness one spine at a time.

In his spare time, Dr. Turley likes to spend time with his family and friends. He loves exercising, playing basketball, bowling, and reading books.

The doctors at TRUE HEALTH use a "whole person approach". This approach to wellness means looking for underlying causes of any disturbance or disruption (which may or may not be causing symptoms at the time) and make whatever interventions and lifestyle adjustments that would optimize the conditions for normal function. Using this unique approach, the doctors are able to help you to accelerate and/or maintain your journey to good health.
